1. Acceptance of Grid Terms
By establishing a connection to The Synapse Grid, interacting with our terminals, or navigating moovments-blog.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, you must immediately terminate your session and cease use of our social casino simulation.
2. Age and Regional Eligibility

6. VIP Store and Simulated Purchases
The VIP Store is a simulated monetization environment. Clicking "Buy" or acquiring packages does not incur any real financial charge. It is a mechanic designed to mimic premium tiering and top-ups without actual cost. Any virtual items (cosmetics, avatar frames) acquired are licensed to your account solely for use within the simulation.
7. Prohibited Hacking and Conduct
Users may not employ automated scripts, bots, or exploit bugs to manipulate virtual balances or game outcomes. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attack the infrastructure of The Synapse Grid will result in immediate permanent banishment and potential legal action.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All visual assets, code, logos, game names (e.g., Neon Matrix Reels), and lore are the exclusive intellectual property of LuckyMetric Entertainment GmbH. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to interact with these elements strictly for personal entertainment on our platform.
9. Limitation of Corporate Liability
The Synapse Grid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LuckyMetric Entertainment GmbH is not liable for service interruptions, loss of virtual balances (GRC), or data corruption resulting from technical failures or scheduled maintenance.
10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Berlin, Germany. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against the company.
11. User Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuckyMetric Entertainment GmbH, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the simulated platform.
12. Future Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via site announcements. Your continued use of the Grid following any modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the new rules.
